Cancellation Policy

Please read the below cancellations related points.

Here are the points mentioned in the policies are with reference to the time slots selected by the user in the checkout process on the www.TheFlowersPoint.com website.  

The orders are processed as per the time slot is chosen by the customer and we accept cancellation request if the following conditions are stated below-

1.    If the cancellation request comes to TheFlowersPoint before 24 hours to the start of time slot selected than 10% charges will be cancellation charges and 90% will refund to your bank account or 100% refund can be requested in TheFlowersPoint wallet (As Store Credit ).

2.    If the cancellation request comes to TheFlowersPoint between 15 - 24 hours to the start of time slot selected than 20% charges will be cancellation charges and 80% will refund to your bank account or 100% refund can be requested in TheFlowersPoint wallet (As Store Credit ).

3.    If the cancellation request comes to TheFlowersPoint between 10 -15 hours to the start of time slot selected than 30% charges will be cancellation charges and 70% will refund to your bank account or 100% refund can be requested in TheFlowersPoint wallet (As Store Credit ).

4.    If the cancellation request comes to TheFlowersPoint before 10 hours to the start of time slot selected than 100% will be charged as cancellation charges and no refund is applicable

NO cancellation requests are accepted on orders placed in the following categories-

1.    Same day delivery category - If the delivery date and the time of order placed are same, we do not accept cancellation request. If you cancel it, or receiver does not receive it - you are not entitled to any refund.

2.    Same day mid-night delivery orders cannot be cancelled.

3.    Special day orders cannot be cancelled and no refund is initiated for them.

Same day Orders

We request the customer to choose the same date and time slot given as per system. We will accept the order for the same day till 5 pm and for the same day midnight we take up to 7 pm. We attempt to deliver your order same day but DO NOT PROMISE SO.

If due to some circumstances or mishappening if the delivery not happens we will deliver next day after confirming with the customer.
