Flower Delivery Information

• The bouquet will be delivered in nice beautiful packing.
• Each bouquet we offer is handmade and since each city has its own way of creativity, so the product may vary slightly in design and shape.
• The selected delivery time is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and its destination.
• We will call the receiver for address confirmation before delivery.
• Products are delivered by the third party and are not supplied like courier products.

Cake Delivery Information

• Each cake we offer is handmade and since each city has its own way of baking and designing a cake, the product may vary slightly in design and shape.
• The selected delivery time is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and its destination.
• We will call the receiver for address confirmation before delivery.
• Products are delivered by the third party and are not supplied like courier products.
• This cake is delivered in a cardboard box.

Receiving & Care Instructions

• At the time of receiving, please handle the cake box carefully and do not squeeze the sides of the cake box.
• Once you received the order please share QR code / Delivery code to the delivery boy.
• Open the cake box from side-wise and remove the box then pick the cake with a cardboard base.
• After receiving the cake It's ready to consume.
• Celebrate your moment!

• During peak time / special occasions like Valentine's Day if flowers/cakes/other items ordered by customer is not available then flowers/cakes/other items of equal price will be delivered.
